Inmate Uses Hemorrhoid Cream to Open Hole in Jail Window

A Wichita, Kansas corrections officer was arrested and charged with two counts of official misconduct after officials say he saw inmates break a window and smuggle contraband into the jail, but did not stop it or tell anyone.
