A Tampa man was arrested last Thursday after his mother called 911 to turn him in for robbing a bank. Aaron Spencer, 33, walked into a Truist Bank on Memorial Highway around 1:10 pm and demanded money from the teller while suggesting he had a gun. He left on foot with the money and threw away his clothes in a nearby parking lot.
