Yes There Is A Pizza Hut Museum

Practically everyone loves pizza, especially college students, so it only makes sense that a place dedicated to honor the birthplace of delivery pizza is on a college campus. The Pizza Hut museum at the Wichita State University in Kansas was opened by faculty and staff at the school as an ode to Dan and Frank Carney, brothers who opened the first Pizza Hut in the area way back in 1958.

The exhibition includes the recipe for the original Pizza Hut sauce, which the brothers wrote down on a napkin, along with photos of the Carneys, and the original location’s work schedule. And the curator says the exhibit will rotate every six months, so they’ll always be something new to see at the Pizza Hut museum.
