Amazon can't seem to figure out why some customers are receiving mystery packages containing unwanted sex toys. The latest case involved a woman opening up an unsolicited package, only to find a high-end, $25 (£17) sex toy inside. The woman, who has only been identified as Nikki, told the Daily Beast that she thought it was a mistake, until she received more Amazon packages containing items she hadn't ordered.
