Authorities in Wisconsin are looking for a person who has been clogging the toilet in the women's restroom at Deland Community Center in Sheboygan. Police say the culprit has been flushing a 20-ounce soda bottle down the drain multiple times during the last year and a half. The city has been forced to spend thousands of dollars to repair the clogged toilet. The repairs also result in the toilet being closed to the public.
