That's quite a hazard you got there.
BLISSFIELD, Mich. - In Florida, they have alligators. In Arizona, they have rattlesnakes. In Michigan? Here's a tip: stay as far away from the geese as you possibly can.
A southeastern Michigan high school golfer learned his lesson the hard way Sunday, April 22, after a Canada goose randomly attacked him as he was walking down the fairway of a golf course.
According to a tweet from the Blissfield Athletics account, the group of golfers had just finished teeing off and were walking down the fairway and there was a goose nest to their left. The golfers did a good job of avoiding the nest, but the guard goose apparently thought differently and attacked one of the golfers, causing him to fall to the ground.
