Woman Pins Motorcyclist To The Ground Who Tried To Flee Hit-And-Run

A Houston woman wrestled and took a motorcyclist to the ground who tried to run away after hitting her vehicle. Police tried to pull the man over for speeding but he refused to stop and ran into the woman’s car. The woman got out of her vehicle, pinned him to the ground and held him there until police arrived.
