A Long Island man fatally beat his pal in a Hamptons home after a night of heavy boozing, then texted his handyman to help clean up the mess, That's according to police. Jeremy Allen, 43, was busted when cops found the pummeled and stabbed body of his friend, 43-year-old Christopher Hahn, stashed under a tarp on the suspect’s back patio after the booze-fueled attack last Saturday morning, according to police and reports.
